Staff workflow
Section titled “Staff workflow”An accepted staff session provides portal navigation and ordinary TL-1/TL-2 eligibility. Elevated information access remains separately authorized, time-limited, and scoped to the applicable record, program, or compartment. Physical authority never implies information eligibility.
Authority model
Section titled “Authority model”Trinity uses two separate control systems:
- Information classification establishes eligibility to receive information.
- Physical security authority establishes where a person may go and what they may physically interact with.
Neither system automatically grants the authority represented by the other. See the security reference index for the controlling source language.
